About The Pinery  | The Pinery is an oasis in southeast Parker Colorado of approximately 8 square miles of treed rolling hills. It consists of affordable custom homes on lots of 1/3 acre and up. It has its own private lake called Bingham Lake for fishing or just walking and running the trail around it. There is also the membership only Pinery Country Club with swimming, tennis and golf. If you enjoy wildlife there is an abundance of mule deer, coyotes, foxes, raccoons and numerous other animals. The Pinery has no street lights so if your passion is looking at the stars in the sky you can see millions of stars and the Milky Way on a clear evening. If you prefer a mountain view, a city view or just a private heavily treed lot, the Pinery offers all of these in one neighborhood. |
