After our first meeting with Liz, they set us up in their computer system and we had new homes added to our viewing list that fit our criteria every morning. We had nearly 50-75 homes to chose from for showings. Liz was available any time to do our showings (days, evenings and weekends) and always grouped them so that we could look at a large number in a short amount of time. Once we had decided on a house, Ben helped us with all paperwork. He went through our offer forms line by line and answered every crazy question we had. He emailed at least once a day on most days with an update on our offer or to check in and see how our loan process was going. Our process of buying our home turned out to be extremely difficult because of our loan situation and we had constant struggles. Ben kept in touch with us and our mortgage person every day to keep things on track. They always answer their phones, you can meet with them virtually any time of day, they work with your schedule and they stay updated on every aspect of your home buying experience, even after closing. They have great incentives when you use them, like helping with inspection and warranty costs for homes purchased over a certain amount. They are extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods, home values, contracts, offers and the long home loan process. We worked with them for nearly 3 months from start to finish and it was an incredibly painless experience with all things they helped us with. Excellent service."

"Ben and Liz were recommended to us by our lender...I was impressed right off the bat by how user-friendly their website is.  As someone who has been searching for houses for over a year, I have had a lot of experience with real estate agents' websites, and Ben has done a great job making the search options as thorough as possible.  I made a few suggestions of how to make it better, and he had implemented my suggestions within a week!  Before listing with Ben and Liz, we had had our house on the market for a year with not a single offer.  Liz suggested painting my interior doors white (which had not been suggested by any of our previous agents), which made a HUGE difference and I think contributed to the offer we had just 6 DAYS after putting the house on the market!  Ben and Liz were very accessible and quickly responded to any inquiries or showing requests we had...they even put up with a my very cranky 8-month-old as they took us around to see 10 properties!  We had to close on both the sale of our house and purchase of our new home on the same day, and the transactions ran seamlessly!  I was overall pleased with the service and knowledge Ben and Liz bring to the table...and who can complain when your house sells in less than a week?!"
