Liz began her real estate career four years ago while pursuing her degree at Colorado State University.  Liz loves working with clients and is passionate about real estate.  She is kind and professional, but more importantly, Liz is a great listener and attentive to her client's wants and needs.  Her experience and knowledge of real estate allow her to specialize in helping first time home buyers as well as experienced home buyers.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Douglas Elbert Realtor Association and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University.  Liz and her husband Nick enjoy living in the Parker area.

Ben Gyrath, Broker, Owner, ABR, CDPE, GRI:

Ben was born and raised in the Philadelphia area.  He moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University where he received a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.  Ben has been in the real estate industry since 2004 specializing in residential sales and property management.  He has been involved in over 100 transactions.  Ben and his wife Joanna both enjoy snowboarding as well as walking their two dogs, Rory and Pepper.  Ben strives to provide the highest level of service to all of his clients.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Douglas Elbert Realtor Association.  Ben holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations.
